Good Pace, Good humour, Trainer (David) used anecdotes to help us imagine using the knowledge and skills in real life situations. Skills practised repeatedly until we really 'got' it. Definitely NOT just a box ticking exercise. Well worth attending.

Really helpful course - I learned how to examine a casualty, familiarize myself with basic support. The course provided me to learn the skills to overcome a potentially threatening situation long enough for medically trained people to arrive on the scene. The trainer was very good and this course was very interactive and engaging
