Really enjoyed the course and the Trainer was excellent and made it very interesting and made us use our brains which was great ,
Could be a bit shorter and have more notice , but trainer was great!

The course was really informative. Lucy was such an entertaining and helpful trainer and really kept us engaged. She made sure we was doing everything correctly but could also have a laugh with her. She was great.
It was good fun and I learned a lot of new stuff. It was well presented, well explained and scenarios were all very believable.
The course was very good for a one day course felt like we packed a lot into it would of liked a booklet to take home to go through what we have learned

Paramjit was very good and helped me relax as I was really nervous to be on the course. He fully explained everything that we would be covering and made it seem like you had known him for years.
