I’ve been doing these courses for over 40 years and I found Brent to be very engaging with a style that kept the room focused on the content of the course. I also found out more with his level of knowledge than in any previous courses . I would hope in three years time I would be lucky enough to find myself on another course with Brent.

We had Tony Doyle as our trainer, he presented the content in a very understandable and realistic manner, i greatly appreciated him using his own experiences as examples. I will definitely be attending another course in 3 years time
Excellent course very relaxed which l feel enables me learn better as l get very nervous in any courses. Chris Whiting has been the best first aid trainer in the 35years l have been working in this job.
excellent course and facilitator was great story teller which helps with engagement , the course he made interesting and ensured you were gaining the knowledge necessary

Tony was great. He mixed his own experiences with the study material. He was very interactive and we could talk about our own experiences and ask any questions we had. Tony was an excellent trainer. I enjoyed the course and feel much more confident in my ability to administer first aid.

Overall, a great course. Pity there wasn’t a training manual for reference, even if it was available as a pdf.
A room full of trainers made for a refreshing change. Matt is a great trainer, has a wealth of knowledge/experience. Took his time to ensure we all understood all the practical techniques. A great 2 days!
