The power point presentation was very good but very difficult for me to remember, without it it seems a tick in the box exercise just to pass the multiple choice at the end. Would have like a paper or PDF copy of the course information.

Missing information/booklet to take away at end of course

The trainer was excellent and explained everything really well.

I thought the course was good and all topics were covered by the trainer who was excellent. The only downside was that the building wasn't opened on time which meant it wasn't a great start. The lack of facilities at the venue was poor as it would of been nice to be able to get a hot drink (tea/coffee) at some point throughout the day.

The course was enjoying and informative. The trainer was a pleasure; very friendly and engaging!

Tony was great. He mixed his own experiences with the study material. He was very interactive and we could talk about our own experiences and ask any questions we had. Tony was an excellent trainer. I enjoyed the course and feel much more confident in my ability to administer first aid.

Was a fantastic instructor, couldn’t of asked for someone better to teach such a complicated course.

It is surprising how much is covered in the course It was an excellent course and the trainer was very good but on the last day for the last hour he did waffle on a bit about nothing so impacted the final test
