I’m used to a three day course and was worried that the one day course wouldn’t cover much, but in after completing this Fiund that it covered sufficient amount of knowledge to complete the first aid we need in the shops. Carol was efficient and made sure we understood everything at every stage of the course.

Very nice guy took time to answer questions and didn't make you feel stupid if you got it wrong.

Maybe could be longer and more intense

Mandie was very thorough and explained everything very well. I loved that she had stories to help us humanise the procedures.
