trainer explained everything in great detail and also said if anyone didn't understand etc to ask don't feel shy and Jo was a nice approachable person

I thought the course was good and all topics were covered by the trainer who was excellent. The only downside was that the building wasn't opened on time which meant it wasn't a great start. The lack of facilities at the venue was poor as it would of been nice to be able to get a hot drink (tea/coffee) at some point throughout the day.
