This course was very good, we were kept ingrained all thought the day.
Karen is a great instructor, engaging, encouraging, friendly & patient, course contents was easy to understand & covered a lot of information
Our trainer Tom was very knowledgeable and put everybody at ease.
The location was the only thing that let this course down. It was freezing cold and not conducive to learning as the seating and tables were cramped up. By day 3 the room was finally warm but the seating arrangements just had to be tolerated.
Found the 3 days very good, the trainer had everyone at ease and made it easy to retain the information.
Trainer was really good, giving lots of real life experiences. Asking and answering questions. Very personable.
Brilliant course, really informative and well lead.
The course was full of really useful information. Tom was brilliant. Made me feel confident in being able to give first aid. I've learnt lots in those 3 days and to trust that I'm doing my best. Only down side as all online no book to look back on a refer to at a later date
