Matthew is a passionate and well-prepared trainer - he explained the material in a precise manner and is very responsive to questions the audience raise during the course. I particularly liked the course and his teaching style which makes the overall experience more enjoyable.

Very relevant course as it covers most of the mechanics that PE firms face in practice while evaluating investments and building financial models. We have covered a lot in three days. Matt was very clear and passionate, which made the session very interactive and easy to follow.
