The trainer is very knowledgeable in the topic, and has good time management. He is able to bring people who do not have any accounting background up to speed very quickly. Kudos to Johnny!
Trainer was clear and concise. Good pace. Very interactive although it was a zoom session with heavy content. Highly recommend.
It is informative course, however, it should stated that this course is for accountants. I attended the course I thought it is for modelling and how to merge and acquire companies from business perspective. Overall, I enjoyed the course and learnt a lot in regards to the accounting side.
The course was quite challenging considering that I am an Internal Auditor form and engineering background and the course turns to be a bit technical for me. However, the trainer helped a lot by taking this into consideration when teaching us on the different models, investment types, key areas to focus on and what is the meaning behind what area is (i.e. goodwill, premium prices, ROIC and much more).
