The pace in accounting part is too fast for me. But the excel part is perfect and cool for me!
I really enjoyed the training, the pace was fast (which could be a negative thing too since sometimes in order to follow, people just copied Rasna's formulas) and Rasna answered all our questions in a very efficient way. JP and Lauren were also always there to help when we needed. I found the sessions a bit too long and they could get very tiring but I imagine this is not under your control. I also thought that for some topics there were a bit too many files and exercises, there could be less of them but the ones we have / do could dig deeper into the topics.

In general, I found the broader finance information extremely helpful especially with gaining more skill sin excel and being forced to only use the keyboard has improved my skills tremendously, even in just a short amount of time. However, I wish there were more Project Finance related concepts and more time spent really building the foundational stuff. I don't have a finance background so I was juggling too much information. I think it would've been more useful to go slower at the beginning when building out the financial statements and therefore we could have moved faster later. Instead I felt rushed at the beginning and didn't pick up some of the concepts and then that continued to accelerate and I never got the time to actually think through and learn the material. Also, I think the course needs to have more built-in flexibility for the people who are working at the same time. Balancing 8 hours of class with 8 hours of work and needing to complete other course related work is infeasible.
