Very well structured, for me personally a great review on many different concepts in modelling, LBO, and M&A.

- Zuzanna is a great trainer, I really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her all the time. - The training is a good knowledge freshup and provides several helpful tweaks. - However, several parts are not relevant to Ufenau, especially M&A Models for listed companies with all the EPS, P/E effects etc., but this was most likely more of a communication thing in context of the training prep.

Thorough explanation of M&A modeling advanced techniques, was easy to follow throughout the day

I took another course LBO previously and I had a good experience. This course follows the same teaching idea which is good. The only issue is that I don't have much backgroud knowledge so sometimes it is hard for me to follow
