It's been a wonderful time with Lauren teaching us DCF and trading comps methods of valuation. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course so far, and glad to have met Lauren - a fantastic facilitator. Looking forward to understanding more and applying all what's been learnt to the real world!
The trainer was able to answer the questions well and was able to keep the structure in the seminar flexible (also depending on the questions asked).
Good training overall, would advise even more focus on specific documents compared to the process.
Trainer clearly has field experience which is very interesting. Perhaps the training could be more focused on the legal documentation and what to look out for. It felt like the morning was more about how an M&A process is ran.
Would have preferred to go into the content of the documents (e.g. reps & warranties, indemnities etc) earlier on the day already. I would be most interested to hear more about common pitfalls, market practice in docs etc. Trainer was good, enthousiastic and kept up the energy during the day.
Course content was informative and interesting. My only recommendation would be to make it as interactive as possible
Overall good training with interesting insights (real life examples due to the fact that the trainer has field experience). Would be great to focus more on the structure of specific relevant documents that we use on a day-to-day basis (SHA, SPA walk through).
extremely useful training for me personally, nice to finally have a training in person. Johnny really encourages the class to be interactive and he explains each lesson item clearly, and pauses to get questions along the way overall it was a refresher on finance concepts, but most importantly i learnt a lot of practical skills!
Content is well structured and cohesive. The downloadable resources are comprehensive and cover all the material taught. Trainer is very articulate and does a very good job of engaging all participants (both online and in person). The final model exercise is very helpful as it allows us to utilize all knowledge learnt over the last day and a half.
