I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and Matt was an excellent and engaging teacher. I would recommend this course to anyone starting out in their corporate finance career.
AMT week one was very beneficial and helpful. I believe that Matt has taught us very well, with the little knowledge I had on debt sheets to begin with. The course content all links well together and I can see how this will be beneficial in our line of work. Although course materials were sometimes a bit sparse on some slides, Matt definitely did well to fill in the gaps that weren't on the slide. I would definitely recommend AMT and Matt as a teacher for this course. It would be great if some slides could be rewritten to cover the content in more detail.
Matt is a very engaging teacher and provides useful real life examples to make the course content relatable and more interesting. He's also very friendly!

Really great for a refresh of materials learnt in the accounting exams and good new materials learnt which will be useful going forward for constructing modelling for M&A. Really enjoyed Matt as a teacher and thought he explained the materials well. He was personable and made the content enjoyable. Especially enjoyed that it was in person as you were able to bounce ideas and work off other members of the class. Thanks!
Bruno is a great teacher. Patient, considerate, methodical. His prior experience in M&A and principal/venture investing helped bring practical examples into the training.
Great course ran by Bruno, with a deep and broad knowledge of the M&A (insurance) industry. Would highly recommend, for beginners and / or more advanced people as a refresh
