Similar to my comments on the first two weeks of the training, the course has been extremely useful in both the knowledge and methods of financial modelling. The skills learnt have been an important addition to our 'hard skill' toolkit. While the materials on the course are covered at quite a fast pace, it forces you to be constantly engaged in order to keep up with the material. The case study was a good way to tie and bring together everything at the end and attempt to communicate what you've learnt. Stephen was an exceptional teacher, very engaging and explained things in detail when asked. Lauren also played a key role in answering all the content / model questions in a different way. Both teachers showed deep knowledge in the content they were teaching. Some improvements for next time would be a quick session on how to deliver the case study. This seemed to be the main feedback for most groups and so I felt this could be quickly covered, so as to not only be taught the content and skills but also how to communicate it. I'm conscious that a big part of the exercise was to go through each detail/valuation and that in reality with a client this wouldn't happen but this 'soft skill' part of the case study of ways to start the conversation seems to be an important skill. Repeating what I mentioned in the first feedback, I think it would be really useful particularly for those who have no experience in accounting/finance to do some prior self-study modules to understand the concepts around the financial modelling. Perhaps also doing a quick questionnaire beforehand to the cohort to understand the general understanding and experience in what will be covered to then tailor to a certain degree how much detail to go into / how much to focus on the fundamentals. (though understand this is quite difficult with the range of people in the class.)

Laurent is an excellent trainer who takes the time to explain in understandable terms. This type of training can be a bit tiring after long hours sitting on a chair in a classroom, but Laurent managed to make it enjoyable. I really learned about modelling and will save time in the future in my financial modelling tasks. I highly recommend him.

The trainers were great at making the more difficult aspects of the last 2 weeks easier to understand and encouraged participation to ensure all students were grasping the concepts. Overall a really well-run course.

Really enjoyed week 3&4. I liked the fact it all slowly comes together, as there is always a small bit of overlap from the models, so you have a little bit more of knowledge you can apply each time. The case study is certainly tough, but I know it is effective for learning, as it is a safe dummy run. Steve and Lauren do a great job
