I think the final case could be better prepared, more considerations could be thought of for the chosen deal. Especially on how realistic the deal could happen.. credit yield information etc I think we were rushing too much on merger model and LBO in the end, but overall the trainers are quite professional and insightful
I found the course quite helpful and insightful. Overall, there were some topics that coul have been communicated in a clearer way but the teaching assistants and the trainer himself were always available and explained those topics during the breaks. However, one way to make the course even better would be to make it slightly longer so that all the topics receive even coverage.
Great course overall, covering a lot of content in good detail. At times, the delivery felt quite fast making it a little difficult to keep up.

The course has very good training materials and the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable. The pace of the course was a bit slow at times.
The course was overall good but too quick to follow for a few folks who come from non finance background. Better structuring could be done. Johnny's knowledge is outstanding and ability to help others is great so appreciate it. Related to tests - the third test was too rushed since we had 30 questions in 90 mins. Would have appreciated more time/less questions. A good experience in general.
Sufficient materials for after-class review which is user friendly. If exam can be scheduled separately, participants may be able to focus on the content of the class better.
Overall a good course with a wide coverage of Finance topics
Could improve on explaining and walking through the rationales with more details. Slow down on complicated formulas or things that require deeper levels of fundamentals.
Overall its was very informative training session. Johnny was interactive and managed the class well - keeping everyone engaged.
