His positive nature made the atmosphere in the course very pleasant. He explained the content of the course very well and understandably. Everything was perfect! The trainer was great! The only thing maybe it will be best for the future to have is a shorter presentation with summary of key topics and to give the eBinder as an additional material for us to read on our own, since it is very long to cover page by page in class. Otherwise top!
