With no formal training or exams for over 20 years, no previous background in the finance sector, and having never even read the course materials before starting, I’m incredibly proud to say I passed FRE1 with Merit on Monday! 🎉 And today, Tuesday, I’m ready to take on FRE2. None of this would have been possible without Simply Academy. Seven days of full immersion in all things Financial Services Regulation and Ethics, with fantastic teaching, support and guidance throughout. It’s been intense, challenging and completely outside my previous experience — but what a way to prove that it’s never too late to learn something new! Thank you so much for giving me back some confidence!
Pat is great. I have done 2 courses with him now and can’t fault him. His years of real industry experience is nothing that can be taught and gives a great added layer of real life comparable to the context students are learning.
Pat's teaching style was excellent. He explained complex topics in a simple, easy to understand way and took his time to make sure everyone understood before moving on. The pace of the course was just right, and I left feeling much more confident for my exam.
The course was very informative and interesting - kept relevant by Dave, who also gave us a lot of tips on how to remember specific things. It really helped me to understand the content properly and also to solidify knowledge that I already knew. There was a lot of interactivity and personally extremely helpful.
