Absolutely loved Terry and the course itself although it felt like there was not enough time to go through what we needed to learn in enough depth and with enough time for a lot of it to sink in. Terry was an outstanding trainer who knew everything about everything. Really fun trainer, that kept a very in depth course light hearted as much as possible. He explained things well so that key points really stuck and was truly exceptional. With regards to the course overall, I had hoped to be ready to do my exam after the course but it became very apparent after a few days that there was a lot of stuff I would have to go home and study in more depth over more time to allow it to sink in due to the time constraints of the course and moving along quick enough to cover everything whilst also accommodating for the varying learning speeds of the group. I think the fast track option is great for someone who has some existing experience in the financial industry with a base knowledge but for someone like myself that is coming in with no knowledge or foundation there was not adequate time within the course to feel confident to walk away and do the exam straight away. Anyone planning to do the course, I would 100% recommend it as the experience was great, Terry answered all questions and explained things in ways you won't forget certain key points, but allow for plenty of post course study time to really consolidate knowledge before doing the exam.

It was useful. My only issue is the lack of breaks. I cannot just sit and listen to someone talk for 2.30hrs without a break, my mind goes numb. Having only 3 breaks throughout the day for learning is not okay. I feel like incorporating a 10 min break every hour or more frequent breaks could make this workshop a lot more worthwhile

Good two day course, I had a good foundation of knowledge and have already gone on to pass the exams, there was a little confusion on a few of the subjects matters with in the group and trainer, plus a couple of the exam specimen questions were incorrect.

The trainer is energetic, helpful and has made the workshop a much more pleasant and fun way to learn. However, I don't think the course content or the study text in close match with RO2 exam, that's a pity.

Very good pre-course content, ZOOM/TEAMS content was good.

It was good and I really enjoyed it - I liked how it was a smaller 'class' - Really liked David and thought he explained everything in depth. I really liked the last hour on the Tuesday when we went into smaller groups to answer questions - it was nice to have positive and constructive feedback from David.

Course and trainer were great. It would be even better if there were more testing materials.

Course was excellent! My Tutor Anthony explained everything really clearly and kept the session engaging throughout. The content was easy to follow, practical, and very helpful. I came away feeling much more confident and ready to take my exam.

A great course with a fantastic tutor. The trainer was knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to explain things clearly. No question ever felt like too much trouble, and he created a supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking for help or clarification. That said, I did notice that some participants were asking for personal financial advice during the sessions. While the tutor handled these situations very professionally and responded appropriately, it’s important to remember that this isn’t the right setting for that kind of discussion. Overall, the course exceeded my expectations—I gained a solid understanding of the material and achieved a higher grade than I anticipated. A really valuable and positive learning experience
