I have just recently completed my Level 3 Financial Services Administrator. It spanned over the course of 3 years, due to Covid and my anxiety with exams. My tutor Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything well and gave plenty of advice on the coursework and exams. If it wasn't for his helpful, kind attitude and patience with me I don't think I would have gotten there in the end. Excellent!

An excellent course with an entertaining and knowledgeable presenter. All questions answered and big plus was that David was in no rush to just disappear once the session finished and was happy to answer questions on a 1-1 basis.

David was Brilliant, he installed me with so much confidence and took the time to explain anything I needed to know, I feel like instead of aiming to Pass CeRER I am aiming to pass with a distinction, that's the difference he made. It's great to study from people who are experienced and so heavily qualified as it makes such a difference through just reading a textbook. When booking the course originally the lady I spoke to in the office was also excellent with her suggestions of when to book the course, how it would all work and when to book the exam. I originally did CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 with Simply Academy while I worked at a well-known High Street bank and became a mortgage advisor with that Bank for a few years. I now work for a different Company who gave me the choice to study with any company of my choice and I chose Simply Academy again due to the good experience I had last time and I'm so glad I did. My exam is booked for Wednesday, and I never thought I'd be saying that I'm looking forward to it. Thanks to all at simply academy for the fantastic service they continue to provide.

Dave was fantastic, he was always able to answer any questions I had to develop my understanding of a topic. The slides were easy to follow and made learning even the duller subjects interesting. I would 100% recommend.

Thank you to all the team at Simply Academy for your support throughout my apprenticeship and a special mention to my apprenticeship tutor, Bill Beattie, for his guidance and efforts over the last 15 months to help me complete my apprenticeship. The course has given me good foundation knowledge in the financial services industry and Simply Academy have given me the tools to progress my career towards my final goal of becoming a qualified financial adviser. An excellent course covering the fundamentals of what to become a high-quality financial adviser, from maintaining a CPD record to continuing to build on meaningful relationships moving forward. This has given me a great deal to think about and take forward in my role. Terry has extensive experience in the industry and commonly referred to examples in his previous work or those he worked closely with.

Margret was my tutor, she has been amazing throughout my apprenticeship and really supported me well. The learning material that I was given and the intense course the week before my exam was a huge help for me. Overall I think that it is an amazing apprenticeship and the support and learning materials you receive are amazing! Thank you so much.

2nd time using yourselves and it is honeslty amazing ! First teacher was Chris Young and 2nd as Alan Downing - both different teaching styles but also both amazing ! Made a scary daunting experience very enjoyable. Thanks so much to yourselves and Alan! Fingures crss for my test.
