Paul did an amazing job in making us understand the contents of the course. He used a variety of very effective methods to make the learning fun an enjoyable for the whole group. The extra handouts given by Paul were also very useful in enhancing understanding and making the course contents easier to digest. Would definately recommend Paul as a trainer to anyone looking to do this course as he is a valuable asset in anybodys cemap journey.
Only comment was could sometimes if needed longer to make notes before Glenn went into the next thing. He was so helpful though and so knowledgable, I wish I had taken the CeMap 1 course and not struggled to do it alone!
I have marked this course so highly purely and simply because of Alan. Alan was so knowledgeable and made the learning such fun with his stories. Alan had such a knack for explaining the syllabus, and was so patient and understanding, and was always open to questions. Alan made himself available after every days teaching by encouraging us to stay behind to discuss anything that we were unsure of, and this was so helpful. I took my CeMAP 1 exam yesterday and passed with a distinction, which I am sure would not have happened had I not attended the course last week. I cannot thank Alan enough for his hard work and enthusiasm, and I am sure everyone on the course last week would share my opinion. Regards, Helen Southway
The course was brilliant. I do honest think that was mostly down to Glenn the trainer making it interesting.
Ian was a fountain of knowledge and made me feel at ease with the course. He was a good teacher and gave plenty of opportunity with anyone who needed a extra hand.
Had been told lunch was included but it wasnt which was a shame - added to the expense
Much better choice of facility then the Southampton one.
Alan was knowledgeable and really keen to help the delegates. He clearly has a passion for training and Financial Services.
My only issue was that the Southampton course was in the middle of nowhere. This meant daily cabs from the hotel and nothing much to eat in the surrounding areas for lunch
Great course. Very difficult for the trainer to keep a boring topic interesting. Definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn't have the time in the evenings for self study. Look forward to module 2 and 3.
