Great venue. Great teacher, who made the subject interesting with various anecdotes and his sense of humour. Also enjoyed the various hot drinks, but would suggest another machine, as such is the demand it takes a while to serve everyone when on a short coffee break!
Fantastic Course. As for most other hard working/busy people a weeks 'intensive course' is the best way to learn. I have to say Peter's teaching style worked perfectly for me. He not only did he know his stuff, he brought a interactive and energetic approach.
I was sceptical before booking the course as to whether I would get any real benefit. I must say however the knowledge I have gained from the programme is priceless and I am now fully prepared for the day to day tasks I will face as a mortgage advisor, thanks Tracy for all your support!

A lot of information to take in in a week! However, just like on the 2&3 course, Pete was fantastic - always helpful, he clearly wants his guys to do well. He makes the learning enjoyable, with lots of helpful hints throughout the week. Can't rate him highly enough

The course (CMAcert) has not only taught me what i need to know to do the actual day to day job as a mortgage adviser but also given me the confidence that i can go out and do it.
Compared to CeMAP 1 I think the course is very overpriced and poor value for money. I was very disappointed and feel that I have received very little back for such a big outlay. The pre course training material is almost identical to CeMAP 1 so spending £20 to have it printed off felt like a waste of money. I also think that the course could have been done in half the time so much was a repeat of 1st course. Just feel course 2 is a big let down after such an excellent 1st course.
Response: Dear John, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback however I must dispute the comments made. Each CeMAP module is based on a different syllabus therefore it is impossible for our pre course guides to be identical, in turn the 100 page guide is available to read online therefore their was no need to incur any printing costs for this element. With regards to covering the course within 2 to 3 days again this would be impossible and would no doubt have a negative impact on the end result. I was sceptical before booking the course as to whether I would get any real benefit and value for money from attending it due to my near 30 year career within commercial and real estate banking. I must say however that due to Brendan's comprehensive knowledge of the syllabus and the tips given, I do feel better prepared and fully confident to pass the module 2 & 3 exams than if I had chosen to study independently.
