Alan was very knowledgeable and engaging throughout the course. Also, materials were simple and easy to follow. I firmly believe the simplified pre course work and classroom workbook contributed to my understanding. I didn't even bother opening the IFS books as there were far too comprehensive and confusing!
Glenn was fantastic from start to finish. I have sat my exam Tuesday after the course had finished and passed. Glenn gave support in all areas that were needed and simplified things in the way of examples which helped me greatly. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. Thanks again to Glenn who made it possible.

Course was great, I didn't really like the place it was held as there were no facilities for the folk on training course to use, ie, kitchen area to eat. Apart from that everything was great.
This course has provided me with a valuable insight into the skills required to become competent within a complex industry.
Very please with how Brendon projected his knowledge, He made me feel at ease throughout Cemap 1 2,3. I passed Cemap 1 with a merit and would have never been able to do this without Brendon's guidance. I feel ready for Cemap 2-3 following my final course. Glenn was an excellent teacher, making things understandable and straight forward. He offered so much help it made it seem like he didn't teach this course as a profession but as a genuine interest to make sure we all passed! Based on the content of the course alone I felt that if I had sat my exam on the Friday afternoon I would have been in with a great chance of passing.
I have recently retired from the Civil Service, wanting to start a new career I decided to take this course. It was not easy, five days of hard work, Alan was excellent he explained everything in detail. I booked my exam for three days after the course and passed.
