Carrie was extremely knowledgeable about mental health first aid so it made the course extremely enjoyable.

I feel so much more confident in team work now then I did at the beginning. It all makes sense now.

We have learned the importance of different team roles and how these bring different levels of experience, strengths and interests. A diverse range of skills can enhance the teams' effectiveness and impact positively on our children's learning. We can also learn from each other. Where possible, assign roles to staff strengths to get the best from your team.
