Our trainer ,Lucy is a very knowlegeable person and a pleasure to attend her class.I only felt that the class was a bit rushed and as I am on my last day in the course I do not feel I got enough guidance about the presentation that we have to prepare in order to finish the course.I am sure though that the Realise training will help me through email and via my career coach.

Claire is a really good tutor she’s made me learn a lot of things to do with being a customer service person

great session really enjoyed it felt more confident speaking out today

I’m content with the venue overall as it has ever everything required. Possibly a kitchen would help.
