I have found this first session very useful as I have learnt about things I never knew. I have had issues in using the word documents and had to use my phone to fill out the quiz due to this issue. I will ensure that I have downloaded word onto my computer for my next session as it is difficult to use a mobile to complete tasks or quizes.

The lady is lovely and I feel like I've learned a lot

the trainer Andy is absolutely fantastic. he understood why i am the way i am by listening and realizing that i need help. he has been very patient with me and now knows how to work with me well and sufficiently.
