The course was informative, made more so by Alan who made it interesting, fun and concise. I enjoyed the activities and the team task we did as I got to hear other peoples opinions and knowledge on the sector of work we covered. Overall, a productive, fantastic course and tutor.

I have learnt some things about the cleaning industry and about my self that will be useful to help me to move forward and I highly recommend the course to anyone who can benefit from it.
