Was a little skeptical as to how this was going to help me as Third in Charge but I have come away with quite a few ideas of putting some things in place, maybe not necessarily in the whole nursery but in my room to see how they work before taking them to management to roll out to the other rooms.,

I am really enjoying this bootcamp and it is helping me in many ways as it provides course structure very informative and by doing stretch and challenge and activity tasks it helps me in improving my knowledge and technical skills. sometimes I get into breakout rooms to discuss about the task given and it is helping me to build my confidence and communication skills and I am confidently sharing my views in group discussions. I am looking forward to learn more and get into Apprenticeship.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the importance of equality, diversity & inclusion in Early Years. Looking into how we can improve the comfort of learning in the Early Years by having open mindsets to learn new ways, in which we can adapt, that benefit of the involvement of young children, especially as we all come from different walks of life, backgrounds and advantages, we will need this to further our social awareness and overcome barriers.
