Really enjoyed this session and found it very useful in terms of starting a bit of an action plan.

Would have loved more information on possible situations, how to de-escalate someone in crisis mode, technics on helping individuals with SEND. The course was quite repetitive but overall very much enjoyed it and it's wasn't complicated to complete. You do gain lots of knowledge that will be useful for the future

Trevor Hardman is a brilliant tutor, he makes the lessons informative yet keeps interested. I felt I could engage in the course more effectively due to the friendly environment. Overall I enjoyed this course and learned a lot.

i really enjoyed my time at the hair course. Paula the tutor has been an outstanding member who has patience with me as i am a slow learner she has taught me exactly what i need to know at my own pace, my confidence, knowledge and skills has increased and i look forward to level 2 hairdressing. keep it up Paula :)
