It's a good qualification to have a customer care service for future day to day activities when dealing with different people with different cultures.

Overall I really enjoyed the course and I’m so glad I enrolled. It has been so beneficial for me on a personal level as well as inspired me to explore the area of SEND further. What I have learnt has only increased my passion and interest for the subject - the way in which the course was taught has so much do with that too, Kim made it enjoyable and engaging rather than boring and purely content focused.
