Think the second day was really good as I believe the (positively forced) participation of everybody in the group ensured that there was good engagement with the source material and brought the course to life.
It is good to hear the explanation of those behaviors in people that you are aware of but not understanding why somebody would act in a certain way.
The course gave me things to think about, particularly on stopping and trying to see the other persons drivers and perspectives in difficult encounters.
I have enjoyed the first 2 modules, the third module I did find quite intense it was alot of information to take in in the time given I felt. Attending this course has had a positive effect, and some of the content covered I have been actively putting into practice within my role. Louise the trainer covers the content well and gives great advice.
I enjoyed the module, I found the profile questionnaire a useful exercise and I would like to spend sometime reviewing the results and which areas were lower scoring to gain a better understanding. Thanks
Louise gets the point across perfectly and also she is able to guide people when required to resolve any personal issues they have in the subject. well done Louise and thanks
Another well delivered interesting module. The trainer was professional throughout and ensured the course content was understood. Some enjoyable exercises within that opened up decent discussions around the subject matters.
Lou was really informative, came out with some good one liners/phrases/sayings, came across like she's really invested in her work. Lots of food for thought. The actors were great too, a safe space to open up and each character was slightly different. Summary only one star off as I would like to see myself in action now.
Very useful course but I feel that it should have been broken down over 2 different days as my work can't wait now and it's already 2.30pm local time.
