very difficult topics but makes you realise about ones subconscious behaviors.
Louise is a great and presents the Couse very well. In different times when Covid wasn't a factor it would be great to participate in this course in a physical training room as I feel I would benefit more so than over teams.
I'd really liked the part were we needed to reflect on our strengths as I haven't done it a lot in the past. Lou was very helpful and gave good tips and tricks how to accept change and be more resilience.
Great content and timing. Covered my expectations , but would have liked more focus on the how to.. I would have liked more focus on the content of the second day and less on the first.
i really enjoyed Lou's style and the content of the course. It was less relevant to my current role (negotiating more internally on roles and responsibilities rather than business deals), but extremely important learning and I would look to utalise it when appropriate.
Once again this course made me think and reflect my self. Thank you Lou.
