Great content and thinking points to move forward with
As always Louise is engaging and informative about the subject matter and makes it enjoyable.
Control, Alt, Delete video very powerful, lots of good take-aways and group discussions
Very interesting subject and delivered extremely well. Some very handy tips to put into practice.
I have really enjoyed this course - Louise is extremely knowledgeable in this field - I do also think the materials are extremely good and well presented
Very engaging and helpful. Doing a practice presentation with feedback would be really useful but appreciate time constraints probably prevent this.
Insightful. Certainly recognise myself in some of the areas which were discussed so this will help me adopt varying styles to manage to my team.
very knowledgeable and active trainer!! kept everyone engaged! very well organised material and content! would definitely recommend!
I entered this module somewhat cynical I confess, but complete it feeling it was positive and valuable. Lou is an engaging trainer and coordinator. Also nice to get to know colleagues from WFW I have never met previously.
