Found the awareness surveys really insightful, and made me think a lot not only of how or who I am, also of the thoughts, and feelings of others at specific moments of time.
I really enjoyed all the self assessment questionnaires and I learned a lot about myself and areas I need to improve. I found it useful comparing communication styles with people and also predicting those of people I work with regularly. The IKEA analogy was also a really good method of ensuring I understand the differences correctly and comparing them all.
Fantastic course, so interesting. It is really beneficial and helpful, should be compulsory for all KAD managers/leaders regardless of status.
Best course I’ve been on. Fun, educational, useful. No part of it was boring. Shame we can’t do a few more days!

Well this is the 2nd course that Louise has conducted for us, and the enthusiasm hasn't waned. The role plays were very insiteful and many lessons have been learned. Fantastic course, delivered by a fantastic trainer. Actors that were bought in were also a breath of fresh air.
