I have to admit Louise's energy is infectious. Very engaging which leads to a fantastic course, learnt alot and will definitely use it moving forward.

Really enjoyed the first 2 days, lots of points I will take away and put into practice. The 2 days flew by, it was very interactive and engaging.

I found I have learned a great deal from this course, as a foundation to starting in a management role. I have clear "tools" to help get me started.
