As usual Lou has been a breath of fresh air
Very Good and very engaging trainer/coach/teacher
Was an enjoyable course gave me a better understanding of how it could help in my approach when dealing with issues in my team.
The short and long term action plan, could come later in the day
Thoroughly enjoyed the course, very engaging and interactive
