I enjoyed the way Lou articulated ,very good

A very thought provoking and challenging topic as we all have unconscious bias and there wasn’t really enough time to explore this individually. Might have helped if we had done a questionnaire, as in previous modules, as have found this helps consolidate my understanding.

Learnt to appreciate different communication styles. Has put better focus on the skills required for effective communications.

Course was good and informative. The opportunity to practice skills was very useful and appreciated. There seemed to be lots of slides that weren't in the handouts and vice versa so it could be useful having the slides in addition to the handouts in order to review the content later.

Good content and useful refresher on communication excellence. The PDR session was a bit muddled - it probably reflects where KAD is with PDRs.

It was interesting seeing the different behaviours of passive and aggressive people and working out which category I see myself in. I think it will impact how I approach different people with requests for their help when carrying out certain tasks

Always full of content that can be used in the workplace and at home

Today's course was good and the personal stories helped relate the course to the real world and demonstrate the importance of the content in a real way. The demonstration of aggressive behaviour was also good to understand how it can be identified. More examples of the different behaviours in different situations would also be good.

Trainer was very enthusiastic which made the course much more enjoyable and interesting.
