Excellent enthusiasm by Lou. This course really got me thinking of how I can approach situations in a different manner. Also, how I can influence my team and other departments when there appears to be no solution to a problem.
I really enjoyed the course and thought Lou and Ellie were excellent facilitators. They quickly made everyone feel at ease and get involved in the exercises.
Really loved the whole course and Lou and Ellie were excellent. Learnt a lot despite having been on all manner of similar courses. Appreciated the frankness and the down to earth approach. And most importantly it was fun - haven't laughed so much in ages and got to know quite a few people better than I did already

Excellent as always, Cant believe we have finished the final module.... apart from the end presentation. Lou makes it all so enjoyable and informative. Great to work with
Lou is really good at taking a weakness you feel you have and instantly making you feel it's a good thing. Not a good thing you have said weakness, but positive about it as an opportunity to improve. So instead of feeling embarrassment and shying away from this thing, but to embrace it, face it and overcome it. This really means that you can learn to grow positively during the course, but I think more meaningfully continue to grow way beyond the course.
