very good course, as always, with Lou. interesting subject matter and ways of looking at 'sales' and 'selling' not as a Salesperson, but how we use the criteria in everyday work/life, in our work relationships

Very insightful and it really opens up your mind to Cultural intelligence. Also made me look at myself and where i fall down when it comes to cultural intelligence. Coming from a family that is multi cultural I believed that I had ticked all the boxes but it made me question my views on age, disability etc.
