The FA2 book is over-complicated. Tutor was very good.

The course covered the majority of topics that were within the exam and was well delivered by a trainer who clearly had a wealth of experience and insight. Though a little more time spent on ICOB, MCOB and stamp duty reserve tax would have been beneficial to me. I find it easier to learn from interactivity so more of that would have been good - perhaps using the chapter summary tests within the classroom rather than having them as homework would have helped.

Content could be more efficiently put together and more streamlined. textbook ould be more user friendly.

Training was good and suitable for myself and my current level of understanding. It could be quite fast paced as covered the whole book and two mock papers in one day. Plus points were the discussion around the slides, mock papers and the general tips about points awarded for each syllabus and how to approach exam questions, what to look for etc. Also use of relevant examples.

Good course. Very informative. Useful for day to day job.

All topics were covered adequately, but I would like to have seen a couple of example excerpts from contracts specific to insurance, liability and indemnity.

She was a very passionate speaker but the content of the course is more suitable for people who have no previous experience on P&C insurance products at all.

Excellent Course- Found it very positive

The content was very dense and the attendees could have been more engaged throughout the day. Fortunately I knew about most of the concepts discussed, but it didn't seem to have been pitched at absolute beginners (which some of the people in the room said they were). The tutor is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions well.

Very informative and knowledgeable tutor. Perhaps required slightly more engagement from the audience i.e. asking questions to get people to think rather than only speaking at the audience
