The course material, resources (and the instructors themselves) were a high standard. The e-learning that I did prior to each session was easy to navigate and follow. The instructions, expectations and objectives from both Gail and Tor were made clear from the beginning and those standards were maintained throughout. The group that I was with were all very like-minded individuals, professional conversations were open and honest and didn't deviate from the course material. Thank you to Gail and Tor for running this course, it has helped me in knowing that I am conscious of Mental Health in young people and I can continue to support them with the knowledge, strategies and tools that have been provided during this course.

Overall good engaging training, linked well to practice, lots of real life examples. Lots of useful resources provided, I like how the training was broken up with video clips, exercises and shared experiences.

Course was really good would reccoment to anyone learnt a lot in the four sessions the Miriam and the voice task was very effective

The course was really informative and gave really good examples and stories that were real life so could understand situations more easily. Even though this is a tough emotional subject was facilitated in an interesting and easy way to help talk about difficult situations. Some really good tools provided like the jam jar and the continuum to see where people may be. The venue was nice but not very good with refreshments. It is also isolated to be able to go out for food if unable to bring any.
