Very good and important. It actually helped me personally too.

Maybe the breakout rooms slightly too long as we got our thoughts out pretty quickly.

Really engaging, insightful course. The only criticism would be that it is quite a lot of information to take on board in a short space of time. The teams sessions would be better being 1.5 hours rather than 2 as it is a lot of heavy information overload - but that is just my personal opinion.

The course didn't meet my expectations it exceeded them! I didn't think the course would be any good & to be honest I participated partly as a box ticking exercise for work. However, the course was informative, engaging & well delivered & I would definitely recommend it for others.

The instructors did really well. They checked on people throughout the sessions.

I enjoyed learning more about the mental health side off things and it has helped me to understand more about what I went through
