I really enjoyed the Mental Health First Aider Refresher training with Jordan. He was an excellent coach friendly, approachable, and very clear in his explanations. He answered all our questions with confidence and gave great, practical examples that made the content easy to understand and apply. Thanks to his approach, I now feel much more confident supporting others during a mental health crisis. The session was engaging, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. Jordan’s knowledge and positive energy made a real difference.
