A very enjoyable and interesting course. The content was in depth and very interesting. Before the training my overall knowledge in this area was very limited and this course has really helped me to understand situations people may face in their life and how I can now assist and offer help knowing that I have a good understanding and valid information from doing this course. Stephanie was an excellent tutor and made the whole experience easy to get involved in, ask questions, open up and not be afraid to share experiences. Thank you

well thought out and organised course, very interesting and will help significantly in and outside of work. Steph was a great instructor, there was a nice ease feeling to the webinars and was made interesting by the use of breakout rooms. i also enjoyed the modules prior to each session.

The course was really useful and accessible. It dealt with a number of issues that could potentially be considered quite heavy and intimidating and made them less so. The only thing that I found a little difficult was trying to complete the materials within a week to access the second webinar as I had to try and balance it around workload. I found that I had to squeeze this in where I could and perhaps didn't absorb as much as I could have.

Stephanie was great, was very calm and made the group feel at ease, but didn't pressure anyone to speak. The online content was really easy to digest, and not too long or time consuming. Especially with a subject like this, there could have been a risk that it felt like it was too much. But it was really brilliant! Thank you
