Excellent job by our instructor, Gabby! Only potential thing to comment on would be the areas of focus and how to make the course as relevant as possible. For example, the chances of encountering someone with psychosis are presumably quite small (especially if you're doing MHFA for your workplace). However, things like gambling addition are more common so perhaps these mental health issues could be prioritised?

Great Course - Thank you! Gwen and Rees were both outstanding from the outset. Both instructors were very knowledgeable, provided total support throughout and made everyone feel at ease. Thank you both so much for a very enjoyable week.

This was an amazing course, the instructors Rachele Garrod and Rob Crellin were fantastic. I now know not only how to approach someone in mental distress but also how to handle my own feelings when I have my moments of mental distress. I would highly recommend this course to everyone in the modern era as mental health is so so important.

A very informative course, bringing many aspects of mental health to my attention and the signs and treatment needed. The course was delivered interactively which I though was beneficial as it maintained our concentration, good course materials and presentations used, excellent, thank you! Very well explained by Rachel :)
