Compassionate, knowledgeable trainers make challenging mental-health topics feel safe, accessible and engaging, according to attendees. They value the balance of clear explanation, real-life examples, videos, workbooks, scenarios and group discussion, with inclusive facilitation, regular check-ins and a comfortable pace. The structured ALGEE approach and practical exercises build confidence to recognise distress, start difficult conversations and offer appropriate support at work and in everyday life.
