Technical isues aside eminating mostly from my lack of skills, I found the course enjoyable . illuminating and helpful. Nick's demeanour and style was a key factor to me. Re empathy and understandng behaviour he walks the talk. Diolch yn fawr.

Good use of case studies to reinforce learning. Good balance between learning content and doing activities to break the session up. Use of discussion allowed further scope for learning. Useful manual which can be continually referred to when necessary.

A very thought provoking course that as a school we need to go away and discuss further. The opportunity to go into breakout rooms and discuss was very useful and maintained the focus on listening throughout. If possible slightly longer time in these discussions would be useful. Throughout the training we were given the option for support which with the content of the training was very valuable and gave a safety net through discussions.
