Thought that this course was very well presented as we were taking part in activities and not just sitting about. Bethan was very understanding and thoughtful of all our feelings. This course has helped me personally and in my line of work.

The session was extremely informative and gave really life examples of situation with Steve having lots of lived experience he could share which was invaluable to the learning experience.
