Wonderful facilitators who made the subject easy to discuss. I gained a lot of information from them and they made things clearer to me.

It would be good to have a hard copy of the manual to look back on and to make your own notes. I think it's worth mentioning that it can be difficult to deliver training online

I really enjoyed the course. The content was very informative giving me the knowledge and confidence needed to approach and assist any individual in need of support. Providing clear guidelines of what to do and what not to do in situations.

I found the course incredibly informative, with useful breakout sessions and a lot of useful discussion. Layla was very knowledgeable and approachable. The manual is comprehensive and a valuable resource to have . I purchased the hard copy as I feel it will be easier to have the information to hand when required. One observation - there are a lot of grammatical errors in the modules which should be rectified.
