The course was very informative, with varied ways of learning and professionally led. Jasmin was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that we had opportunities to ask questions, which deepened our understanding of the subject. The handbook provided is very useful for current learning and future reference. I particularly enjoyed discussions in the breakout rooms and visual learning via videos provided. Teachings from Jasmin were well-structured and at a pace where I felt I could absorb the information easily and fully. I feel confident in my ability to support others with mental health first aid, providing helpful information and directing them to appropriate professional help, using the ALGEE system. An excellent course that I highly recommend.

Tony was great. Gave me the confidence to know a lot of what I was already doing is correct but the ALGEE model gives a reference point to refer to to ensure I cover all points

Al, is very knowledgeable and a huge advocate for Mental Health first aid. He ran the class at a great tempo, with a brilliant balance between seriousness, humour and understanding. Overall very good. I’ve attended an online course previously, this was far better
