I felt the online version whilst was good and user friendly. I personally prefer face to face training. Clive has had a lot of experience of working with people with mental health issues and he draws on these as examples to back up the theory. I think face to face would have led to this all the more but due to covid the online method was used instead. Clive has a vast amount of knowledge of the functioning of the brain and explains this well. I would enjoy further training around brain functioning.

The instructor surpassed all expectations, we were a tough group to manage with strong views, opinions and from a high performance sport world. He was exceptional in dealing with and delivering to our group, I would go as far to say the most beneficial days we have had as a group in the last 2 years.

Even though the course was via zoom, I think that it would have been more beneficial to have longer webinar sessions for group discussion.

Layla was excellent, very approachable and made the training very informative and interactive. I really enjoyed the sessions and the break out room gave us the opportunity to look at case studies. Extremely interesting! Thank you Layla!!
