David is obviously passionate about the subject and that came through in the delivery. The course could be slightly longer as it felt a little rushed towards the end to fit the schedule

Found the course useful and interesting, feel much more comfortable talking to someone about mental health issues. Found some of the PowerPoints less engaging but the lectures on zooms were very good. Feel comfortable working as part of a team in the organisation to deliver support, I would feel more confident recognising issues that would require referring an individual to seek a GP or other professional support.

We paid for the elearning course which was the same cost as attending the face to face course. We had to purchase the manual even though if we were face to face we would have been given one. Given the cost is the exact same and hours of training is less it is reasonable to expect the manual to be issued and not charged @ £15 each

I enjoyed the course it was very good, it was a very good group of people and Dave the instructor was great, how he presented the course extremally well, only down side was that we had to buy our own books, which if we were attending we would have had these materials given.

I would recommend the course. I have participated in a similar course some time ago but this one both refreshed my memory and taught me new information, particularly in relation to psychosis and substance abuse.

I found the elearning good but would prefer longer zoom sessions over this. It is hard to take it all in from the elearning modules. The zoom sessions were really good, Dave is a great instructor - made things relatable and involved everyone. Good that the group wasn't too big either as it meant everyone was involved. The elearning videos were actually really good and engaging too.

it would be good to get word/pdf documents for all the supporting contacts etc given as its very hard to copy all manually for everyone

Thank you so much, this has really opened my eyes and changed the way I would approach a child and adult that is struggling with their mental health.
