The course content was excellent. Covered an excellent range of mental health awareness and provided suitable examples on how to deal with certain situations we may be faced with. It’s giving me the tools to recognise mental health better and encourage people to ask for help when they need it

It was a great course. The trainer was engaging very well educated in his field, was very close to home hearing about his past but definitely very helpful.

As someone who suffers with her own mental health (depression and anxiety) I related to quite a bit of the course so I could add insight to how it feels, but also good to learn how to help myself and now be able to help others! John was great and understanding when some bits felt uncomfortable in the first webinar.

really good workshops and e-learning - I felt I wasn't just attending a course but I was learning skills that can be used in real situations

This guy has you engaged from hello and his own story. Never felt like a lecture just a chat with a mate

Hard hitting course, I am hoping my shift team realise that we can discuss Mental Health issues without the stigma. Thank you Dave in sharing your experience as I think this gets the message through.

Thank you. I appreciated the personal aspect and the scenarios gave us time to practice.
